How do I know which Window Vac model to purchase? What’s the difference?

What qualifies as a trade in device?
Your trade in device must be a window vacuum, however, it does not need to be working and may be from any manufacturer. Please note any products received which are not a window vacuum, will not be returned to you.
What happens after I’ve submitted a claim?
After you press ‘Submit’ you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that your claim has been received. A further email will then be sent within seven days advising whether or not you have been pre-approved and next steps.
I didn’t register my purchase within 14 days; can I still take part in this promotion?
Unfortunately claims must be submitted within 14 days from purchase date. Your purchase date is Day 1.
How do I know if you’ve received my item?
You will receive an email to advise once we have received your traded in device and whether or not your claim has been approved. Please note items must be received by us within 30 days from date of approval. If you believe you’ve sent in your device but haven’t received a response, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I send in my proof of purchase via post instead of uploading?
Yes. During the process you will be asked if you have a receipt to upload. If you select ‘No,’ you will be provided with an alternative postal address in your automated email.
How long does it take to receive payment?
You will receive a BACS payment into your bank account within 28 days of your claim being validated.
